Terms of Trade

Our products can be shipped in two methods. We either take full responsibility for transporting the containers from the packing plant in Jericho until they reach the port of departure and from there to the designated port “CIF”. Or, the buyer is responsible for the shipment from the moment of departure from the land of the factory until the arrival to the requested destination “EXWorks”.

We work alongside local institutions to provide our customers with all documentation needed for importing Medjool dates such as Certificate of Origin (COO), Euro-one certificate, MRL Analyses, Stamped and Approved Proforma Invoice and Packing list, phytosanitary certificates and NON- GMO certification alongside any of our international quality certifications if needed.

Sea Freight

Shipping by sea is in refrigerated Reefer containers at -18°C, shipped from Ashdod port or Aqaba Port. A container can be either 20ft reefer up to 9 Tonnes or 40ft reefer up to 20 Tonnes. Weight per container can vary depending on packaging weight and size. 

Weight per container may vary depending on the package sizes and pallet configuration.

Air Freight

Air shipments are shipped from Amman International Airport or Ben Gurion Airport to reach our customers with no Minimum order quantity upon their demand.
